Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment if they are in stock and are shipped via method chosen by customer. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online if the delivery is trackable.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Transport fees vary according to total weight and size of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. 

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

EU deliveries have VAT included and are not subject to any extra fees within European Union.

Deliveries to non-EU countries are subject to customers local Customs and VAT fees in whcih we, MKS Guitars, are not responsible and cannot give an estimate how much these possible fees are. These vary by countries and states.

EU returns

The return in the European Union is free if the customer has informed us within 15 days after receiving the product(s) by info@mksguitars.es or by phone, Contact us by email info@mksguitars.es for return instructions, You can optionally sent your messages here https://mksguitars.es/en/contact-us.

We do not accept cancellations by social media platforms because they are not controlled by customer support agents.

NON-EU returns

The return from the rest of the world is accepted if informed within 15 days of receiving the goods but the customer is responsible of return costs which are not refundable.
